Pompano Beach’s Commercial Printers Building sells for $1.2 million

The former Commercial Printers Building in Pompano Beach has sold for $1.15 million, according to commercial brokerage Sperry Van Ness. The 18,345-square-foot industrial warehouse property is located at 52 SW 5th Court in Pompano Beach. Sperry Van Ness’ Les Byron handled the transaction on the property, which was built in 1968. — Alexander Britell
