Casa Alva

The Casa Alva home in Manalapan has sold for $6.8 million, according to the Palm Beach Daily News. The home, which is located at 1300 Lands End Road in Palm Beach, was owned by former Manalapan Mayor William Benjamin II, who, along with his wife, originally listed the home for $23 million in 2007. Lawrence A. Moens handled both sides of the transaction on the 26,177-square-foot home, which was built in 1935. The buyer was Gary Parr, vice chairman at financial firm Lazard.
