Historic Palm Beach home sells for $2.3M

A Palm Beach home that was at one time a portion of the Cielito Lindo estate in the Estate Section has been sold for $2.3 million, the Palm Beach Daily News reported. The property at 145 Kings Road, which was sold by Girard P. Brownlow III, was built in 1927. Valore Group Real Estate’s Sharon Queeney-Weintz co-listed the home with Rodney Dillard of Illustrated Properties Real Estate. Sonja Abrahamsen-Stevens of Fite Shavell represented the buyer.
