A new 285-unit residential rental project is being planned in North Bay Village, according to a report from brokerage and consultancy Condo Vultures. The project, on a waterfront site on Harbor Island, would have 131 one-bedroom units, 122 two-bedroom units and 32 three-bedroom units, according to the report. The as-yet-unnamed tower would be the first new project in North Bay Village since the end of the downturn. CLPF-NBV, out of Washington, D.C., is the developer on the project. Lennar had previously owned the site. — Alexander Britell
