Four contiguous ocean-front parcels on Blossom Way in Palm Beach traded hands just before the close of 2012 for a grand total of nearly $130 million, the Palm Beach Daily News reported.

Two houses at 20 Blossom Way and 30 Blossom Way went for $50 million, the paper said, while a vacant lot at 40 Blossom and a home at 50 Blossom sold for $79.6 million, according to records filed with the county. The buyers were two Delaware-based limited liability corporations, the News said. It was unclear if they were related.

Both 20 Blossom and 30 Blossom belonged to the late Kenyon Bolton, an architect. His estate sold the 1.64 acre property to Black Calabash Family Holdings LLC.
