A two-story flex space in Wynwood has been listed for sale at $6.3 million, according to Metro 1 Commercial, which has the listing on the property. The 29,800-square-foot building can house a number of spaces, from private collections to showrooms. The lease includes a 9,600-square-foot parking lot across the street from the building, which is located on the corner of NW 29th Street adjacent to the Rubbell Collection.
