Marina Palms Yacht Club & Residences to rise in North Miami Beach

North Miami Beach will soon be home to a pair of new condominium towers, as Miami’s new construction boom continues. The latest project is the Marina Palms Yacht Club & Residences, which is slated to include 468 residences, a marina and yacht club and one million square feet of residential space. It’s located on a 14-acre site at 172nd Street and Biscayne Boulevard. The project is the brainchild of developer Neil Fairman, president of the Plaza Group. Plaza’s subsidiary is developing the Yacht Club in partnership with a subsidiary of the Devstar Group. DevStar is partnering with iStar Financial on the development. —Alexander Britell
