Manalapan home sells for $15.63M

A home in Manalapan has closed on a $15.63 million, according to the Palm Beach Daily News. The property at 1370 South Ocean Boulevard was closed by Fite Shavell & Associates’ “Team Elkins,” of Jack Elkins and his mother, Bunny Hiatt. The property had been listed by the pair earlier this year for $18.5 million. The buyer was Blue Water EJ, a company linked to the CEO of Patron Spirits.
