Lennar pays $1.73 million for nine-acre vacant Aspen Glenn tract in Boynton Beach

Lennar Corporation has paid $1.725 million for a 9.36-acre vacant lot at 7216 Lawrence Road in Boynton Beach, according to Brenner Real Estate Group. The land is known as Aspen Glenn. The buyer was represented by Doug Kirlin. The seller, LAAC 1, a limited liability company, was represented by Bert Freehof, vice president in commercial brokerage at Brenner. The property is slated for the development of 45 single-family homes. —Alexander Britell
