Minto to unveil Boca Reserve models Feb. 9

A new 44-unit luxury community known as Boca Reserve will have its grand opening Feb. 9, when the first furnished model will be unveiled, developer Minto Communities said today.

“Boca Reserve is sure to attract homebuyers looking for gracious living, serenity and overall value in their next home,” Steve Svopa, Minto’s vice president said in a statement. “As a special community located in the highly desirable West Boca Raton area, we’re offering a special portfolio that showcases the uniqueness of this enclave.”

The homes will feature seven different designs, range from 2,733 square feet to 5,000 square feet and be priced in the high $400,000’s. —Christopher Cameron
