A 26 unit multi-family building in Hollywood has hit the market asking $2.2 million, Majestic Properties, which has the listing announced today.

The 20,497-square-foot property is made up of 12 one-bedroom apartments and 12 two-bedroom apartments, as well as, two studio units, located at 2331 Adam Street. The building is 100 percent occupied and features a pool. Fred Botwinick of  Majestic Properties is marketing the building. —Christopher Cameron
