JLL, Transwestern close 150,000-sf industrial lease

Transwestern and Jones Lang LaSalle have closed the largest industrial transaction to date in 2013 at International Corporate Park, the firms announced today. SeaFreight Agencies, a cargo and shipping provider, signed a 148,750 square foot, long-term lease with landlord IndCor Properties at 9950 NW 17th Street in Doral. Transwestern completed the  50,000 square foot expansion on behalf of the tenant. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Steve Medwin and Nick Wigoda were the exclusive brokers on behalf of the landlord.
