Matt Drudge spends $700k on third Miami home

Conservative media operative and Drudge Report owner Matt Drudge is expanding his Southwest Miami-Dade County home, according to public records spotted by the Miami Herald. Drudge recently purchased his neighbor’s property, which once combined will boast 10 acres and two homes with a combined 10,000 square feet of living space.

The property had been listed for $750,000, but Drudge paid only $700,000 in cash to owners Osama, Omar, Sharif, Diana, Nadia and and Samy Hussein.

In 2011, Drudge paid $1.45 million for a property on Southwest 157th Avenue, neighboring his newest buy and in 2003, he paid $1.4 million for another home off the Venetian Causeway in Miami Beach. [Miami Herald] —Christopher Cameron
