A new $300 million SLS Brickell-brand condo-hotel will soon rise in Miami, according to the South Florida Business Journal. Developers Jorge Perez of the Related Group and Los Angeles nightclub entrepreneur Sam Nazarian will co-own the 133-room hotel and Related will handle the development of the 450 condominiums above.

The Philippe Starck-designed project is going up at 1300 South Miami Avenue and is slated to open in 2015. Pricing will be set at more than $500 a square foot, or an average of more than $600,000 per unit, the Business Journal said. Hotel rates will be in the high $200s per night.
