Leading developers to discuss SF Market today at TRD roundtable

The Real Deal will supplement the launch of its spring 2013 South Florida Market Report, an in-depth look at all aspects of real estate in the region, with a top-flight roundtable Thursday in Aventura.

Slated to speak are Gil Dezer, president of Dezer Development; Carlos Rosso, president of condominium development for the Related Group; Kevin Maloney, founder and principal of Property Markets Group; developer Avra Jain; and Eric Trump, executive vice president of development and acquisition at the Trump Organization.

The RSVP-only roundtable and party will take place at Echo, a new condo project by Property Markets Group. The roundtable will begin at 6 p.m.; the party, marking the grand opening of Echo’s sales center at 3250 N.E. 188th Street, begins at 7 p.m. and wraps up at 9 p.m.
