Pharrell Williams and Bristol Tower penthouse

Music producer Pharrell Williams has chopped the asking price for his Bristol Tower penthouse home by 35 percent, Curbed reported.

The condominium unit at 2127 Brickell Avenue in Miami listed for $16.8 million in November, but now is available for $10.9 million. It features seven assigned parking spaces, a rooftop terrace with a pool, summer kitchen and vaulted interior living spaces, the listing said.

Ugo Columbo, who developed the tower in 1993, used to live in the penthouse. Jill Hertzberg of Coldwell Banker – and one-half of the Jills – has the listing. [Curbed]Mark Maurer
