Boynton Beach-based builder Ansca Homes is looking for a few good seniors for its 55-and-up Villaggio Reserve community near Delray Beach, the Sun Sentinel reported.

The 598-home development on Atlantic Avenue at Hagen Ranch Road is offering priority registration to buyers who pick their lots in October. In the months to follow, model homes will launch.

Prices start at $300,000 for the two- and three-bedroom homes. The development will feature four pools, fitness and business centers, tennis courts and a clubhouse ballroom. Each home will have a garage, and residents can begin moving in by late 2014, the report said. [Sun Sentinel]Mark Maurer
