Transwestern inks 50,000 sf in office space leases

Transwestern, a privately held firm associated with Paris-based BNP Paribas Real Estate, inked a combined 50,000 square feet in leases at Beacon Centre, a Class A office park in Doral, according to a release.

Pinto Transfer & Packaging Corp. signed a lease for 25,000 square feet and Premium Flowers renewed its 25,000-square-foot lease at Beacon Centre, NW 25th Street and NW 84th Avenue in Doral.

Including these these transactions, Transwestern has signed approximately 190,000 square feet of deals this year at Beacon Centre on behalf of the landlord, keeping the building fully occupied.

“Our ability to maintain 100 percent occupancy is reflective of the strength in the market for tenants in the 10,000 to 50,000 square foot range,” Transwestern Senior Vice President Thomas Kresse said in the release. — Emily Schmall
