The Magic City Farm, a reclusive property in the middle of Miami, has been listed for $1.35 million — tropical fruit trees, farm animals and eclectic interior decor all included, the Miami Herald reported.

Renowned broker Esther Percal is representing the seller, Tamara Hendershot, who has made a living the last dozen years renting out the renovated pink farmhouse for photo shoots, the Herald said.

The property includes the circa 1918 house, a converted boathouse whose doors open to the water and six clapboard cabins from a nearby 1920s tourist motor-court, the newspaper said, all shaded by native plants and foliage. A slew of animals run free across the one-acre property.

The interiors boast an array of Asian textiles and Southern folk art, part of a collection to be sold separately, the paper said. [Miami Herald]  — Emily Schmall
