    I was employed by the family of this residence from 1969-1971 as first mate for their yachts. At that time the main house had 4 bedrooms and 3 baths…not 5 bedrooms and 4 baths…did a miracle occur to allow for the increased size?? Also, the family I worked for built this residence themselves and to the best of my knowledge Batista never lived there…good try at a phony selling point.
