Cushman & Wakefield tapped to lease Airport North

Dallas-based L&B Realty Advisors tapped Cushman & Wakefield to market and lease nearly a million square feet of new industrial space north of the airport.

Wayne Ramoski, Gian Rodriguez and Margaret Sidor will share responsibility for filling the new Airport North Logistics Park, which is set to complete construction in 2015.

ALP will include four single and multi-tenant buildings ranging from 96,000 to 323,000 square feet with building depths between 200 and 300 feet, the brokerage said in a release.

“One of the first things that came to our attention was the site’s immediacy to the major thoroughfares connecting the region’s air and seaports,” L&B associate director Casey Griffis said in the release.
