The 3,912-square-foot unit with a 1,255-square-foot balcony was outfitted by Miami-based interior designer Alison Antrobus, according to listing agent Chad Carroll, head of the Carroll Group at Douglas Elliman, and the apartment is being sold along with all furnishings. Listing photos show an electric blue desk, off-white and orange linens and furniture and an unusually deep closet.

The Diamonds bought apartment number 1803S at the St. Regis, 9701 Collins Ave., for $5 million in February 2012, according to Miami-Dade County records.
