Aventura Optima Plaza adds first tenants

Developer Inmobiliaria Brom’s Aventura Optima Plaza, a 114,000-square-foot office and medical complex, is gaining its first tenants, according to a spokesperson. Capital management firm KAWA signed a seven-year, 11,400-square-foot lease for the seventh floor.

Other incoming tenants include Morales Law Group, Dolce Living Investments and Nexsys International, L.C., which plan to move into the nine-story building at 21500 Biscayne Boulevard in the next few months. The Bloom Organization has already moved in.

The building also features a 457-parking garage and a 20,000-square-foot jogging trail on the garage’s roof. — Mark Maurer
