There are obvious tax implications when New Yorkers relocate to South Florida, and three attorneys want to help snowbirds navigate those issues.

Attorneys Allan Lipman, Kelly Zarcone and John Brenon are hosting free seminars in Boca Raton this Monday, the Sun-Sentinel reported. They plan to address how income and estate taxes are impacted by the move from New York to South Florida. Any questions from seasonal and full-time residents will be answered during the seminars.

The four 90-minute discussions are scheduled to be held throughout Monday starting at 9 a.m. at the Boca Office Center at 6501 Congress Avenue. Seating is limited to 48 guests per seminar. [Sun-Sentinel]Eric Kalis
