PB Gardens office building sells for $14M

The Palm Beach Gardens headquarters of Tire Kingdom’s parent company has traded for $14 million.

TBC HQ sold the 44,415-square-foot office building at 4300 TBC Way to a British Virgin Islands-registered partnership, South Florida Business Journal reported. The buying partnership is between Nashville-based companies Turbo Investments and AGMS. A Nashville lender, Avenue Bank, gave an $8.5 million mortgage to the buyers.

The selling company is a partnership between Steven Sciarretta and Palm Beach Gardens builder Daniel Catalfumo.
