Four distressed Deerfield Beach warehouses go to auction

After Dietrich Land Company’s loss of a $3.3 million foreclosure judgment, four Deerfield Beach warehouses will be auctioned off in February.

The properties at 77 Southeast Second Avenue and 56, 132 and 156 Railroad Avenue cover nearly 50,000 square feet total, the South Florida Business Journal reported.
