Developer Posin launches West Palm project

Veteran South Florida homebuilder Harry Posin is launching his latest project near downtown West Palm Beach this weekend.

Posin’s Label & Co. Developments is building Villas on Antique Row on four acres along Dixie Highway, the Sun-Sentinel reported. The company acquired the project site for $3.6 million last year. Plans for the 3608 South Dixie Highway development include 46 townhomes and 11 for-sale storefronts.

The townhomes are priced from about $300,000 to just over $500,000. About 25 percent of the townhomes are under contract. All 11 storefronts have been sold.
