Boston-based landlord TA Associates Realty is saying hello to Windhaven Insurance and bidding farewell to Spanish-language media company Univision at a four-story Doral building.

The car insurance company inked a deal for more than 31,000 square feet at 8550 Northwest 33rd Street. Blanca Commercial Real Estate represented both sides in the deal. Andres del Corral and Danet Linares appeared on behalf TA Associates Realty, while Tere Blanca represented Windhaven.

Univision plans to vacate the space by the end of the year, the South Florida Business Journal reported. Windhaven will occupy roughly half of the 59,591-square-foot property. [South Florida Business Journal] — Mark Maurer
