A Fort Lauderdale company called Nostress is the buyer of the 3,800-square-foot residence. State corporate records show the company is managed by Martin Prokop and Petra Muller. It did not obtain financing for the purchase.

Built in 1966, the home has five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Kanell played at Florida State University before an eight-year National Football League career with the Giants, Atlanta Falcons and Denver Broncos. He currently works as a college football analyst for ESPN. — Eric Kalis
