SoFla active listings near 42K for the week

Active listings for housing inventory in the South Florida region rose last week to 41,837, according to weekly data from Condo Vultures.

For the seven-day period ending Monday, pending sales jumped from 20,551 to 20,856 week-over-week. Over the past four weeks, pending sales have steadily risen.
