The record producer behind former lip-syncing pop duo Milli Vanilli has sold a Miami Beach property for $3.9 million.

A company tied to German producer Frank Farian unloaded the waterfront parcel at 3080 North Bay Road to resolve a foreclosure lawsuit, South Florida Business Journal reported. Cayman Islands-based Far Corp. had been hit with a foreclosure action from Citimortgage in June 2013. Farian’s company still owns a nearby property at 3100 North Bay Road.

The buyer of the 20,500-square-foot parcel is Coral Gables-based SEB 3080, which is managed by David Burstyn.
