A downtown Miami office building has changed hands for about $24 million, The Real Deal has learned.

Miami-based Biscayne Brickell sold the 14-story building at 150 Southeast Second Avenue on Thursday, according to Miami-Dade County records. The company is managed by Victor Ballestas. It acquired the nearly 168,000-square-foot building through foreclosure in June 2012.

BH 150 Second Avenue of Aventura is the buyer. Attorney Daniel Serber is identified in state corporate records as the registered agent of the company. No financing was recorded.

Chase Bank is the primary tenant of the office building, which recently went through substantial exterior renovations.
