The fate of the shuttered A.G. Holley State Hospital in Lantana will be decided by Florida officials this Thursday.

Governor Rick Scott and the Florida Cabinet will vote on whether to sell the 79.9-acre property to Boca Raton-based developer Southeast Legacy Investments, which plans to build a mixed-use project on the site, according to the South Florida Business Journal.

Managed by Kenneth Endelson and Judy Matthews-Gray, Southeast Legacy has offered $15.6 million for the property in a public bidding process. [SFBJ] Christopher Cameron
