Seminole Tribe acquires Davie office building for $11.5M
The Seminole Tribe of Florida spent $11.5 million on a Davie office building located near its headquarters and the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
A company called IBV-Immobilienfonds International 1 USA sold the nearly 101,000-square-foot building to the tribe, South Florida Business Journal reported. The 5701 Stirling Road building was constructed in 1999. The seller paid $14.3 million for the property around the time construction was completed.
Bristol West Insurance Group previously occupied the building, but its lease has been terminated to make way for the Seminole Tribe. [South Florida Business Journal] — Eric Kalis
