The Real Deal to host Downtown Miami panel on April 10

Downtown Miami
Downtown Miami

The Real Deal will provide an in-depth look at the development boom in Greater Downtown Miami, from Brickell all the way to Midtown, with a top-flight panel on April 10.

The panel will celebrate The Real Deal’s spring 2014 South Florida Market Report, an in-depth look at real estate in the region. The 70-page print section will be distributed to readers both in New York and South Florida.

The RSVP-only roundtable and party will take place at Brickell Heights, a new condo project at 9th Street and South Miami Avenue, in the epicenter of the rapidly changing area. The discussion will focus on what’s next for Downtown — from the planned Brickell City Centre, a massive game changer, to buildings rapidly rising along the South Miami Avenue corridor, in Edgewater and elsewhere — with a specific focus on new residential projects and how brokers can benefit.

Here’s a look at our most recent South Florida event, which included a panel discussion on starchitects.
