Renderings unveiled for Edgewater’s Satori Hotel Residences

New renderings have been release for the Satori Hotel Residences, a condo tower in the northern Edgewater designed by Kobi Karp.The 35-story tower will have 207 residential units and is Edgewater’s first big hotel north of the Omni Hilton — that is, if it is actually a hotel. The building does not have dedicated hotel rooms, just rentable condos, according to Curbed.

The project on Biscayne Boulevard is not connected to Fort Lauderdale’s Satori Apartments, and, according to Curbed, the development has remained somewhat of a mystery, moving forward without announcements or press releases. [Curbed] – Christopher Cameron
