Miami shopping center trades for $10.1M

Major retail owner EDENS sold a Miami shopping center for $10.1 million.

Eureka Plaza Group of Miami acquired the 18300 Southwest 137th Avenue center from EDENS, real estate firm HFF announced in a written statement on Wednesday. HFF marketed the property on behalf of EDENS. Eureka Plaza totals 66,142 square feet of retail space.

The 8.91-acre property includes a 52,450-square-foot Winn Dixie Supermarket, a 3,367-square-foot McDonald’s and a 3,500-square-foot Pollo Tropical. A 0.6-acre development parcel was also part of the sale.
