New details about Edgewater tower revealed

More details have emerged regarding the Melo Group’s Aria on the Beach project. The tower is now set to rise 50 stories and will have 647 units. Previously, a different project, dubbed On the Park, was approved for the site at 1770 North Bayshore Drive. That building was designed by Arquitectonica.

The same architect will handle the new Aria project, according to exMiami. The project will also include 40,000 square feet of commercial space and 1,035 parking spaces. Construction is set to begin this fall. [exMiami] – Christopher Cameron
