Construction of NoBe House, a boutique residential building in the North Beach section of Miami Beach, is underway.

Developer Tzadik Management held a groundbreaking ceremony for the 24-unit project at 8505 Harding Avenue on Tuesday, according to a written statement from a project spokesperson. Plans call for a mix of apartments and townhomes. Tzadik is partnering with Tui Lifestyle to offer buyers customized furniture for their units
