KFC franchisee adds 14 PB County locations

A longtime KFC franchisee acquired 14 Palm Beach County locations occupied by the fast food chain for $9 million.

JAHA Chicken now owns all KFC’s in eastern Palm Beach County, according to South Florida Business Journal. Led by Juan Gavilan and his son Juan Carlos, JAHA’s KFC acquisitions date back to the 1980s. Of the 14 recent purchases, six included the underlying real estate.
