SoFla active listings rise for the week

Active listings for housing inventory in the South Florida region rose last week to 41,855, according to weekly data from Condo Vultures.

For the seven-day period ending Monday, pending sales increased from 22,023 to 22,183 week-over-week. Over the past four weeks, pending sales have slightly dipped.
