Realty Masters opens Coral Gables office

A Fort Lauderdale-based commercial real estate firm is expanding to Miami-Dade and hired an industry veteran to run its new office in the county.

Realty Masters opened its third Florida office at 1000 Ponce de Leon Boulevard in Coral Gables, the company announced in a written statement. Craig Werley, the founder of Focus Real Estate Advisors, recently joined the firm and is set to oversee the Coral Gables office. Before launching Focus, Werley established and managed Price Waterhouse’s Real Estate Advisory Services operation for more than 10 years.

The firm also hired Samuel Soriero to handle its non-performing loan acquisitions and investment sales activities. Soriero previously worked for Goldman Sachs in New York City and had a stint at private real estate investment firm Ashley Capital.

Realty Masters plans to make more hires in Miami-Dade and across the state.
