Wellington dressage site changes hands for $23M

Everglades Dressage sold its 14-acre site in Wellington’s Grand Prix Farms for $23 million, The Real Deal has learned.

The company, which is managed by Rosalie Peslar, closed the sale of the four properties on Wednesday, according to Palm Beach County records. The county recorded the transaction on Monday. Peslar’s daughter Bethany is an award-winning dressage rider and trainer, according to Everglades Dressage’s website.

Artemis Equestrian Farm of West Palm Beach is the buyer. The company is tied to CDL Family Office Services.

The 3148 Grand Prix Farms site is a short distance from the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center.
