Ryder buys Flagler Station headquarters for $42M

Transportation and logistics giant Ryder System plunked down $42 million to acquire its corporate headquarters at Miami’s Flagler Station, The Real Deal has learned.

Three Ryder companies purchased the 11690 Northwest 105th Street property on Thursday, according to Miami-Dade County records. No financing was recorded.

Coral Gables-based Flagler constructed the nearly 250,000-square-foot headquarters building on about 17 acres in 2005.

The property was most recently assessed at $26.1 million by Miami-Dade County’s property appraiser.
