PwC signs lease at Wells Fargo Center

Accounting and consulting firm PwC US is moving its Miami office to downtown’s Wells Fargo Center.

PwC signed a 13-year lease for 43,277 square feet at the 333 Southeast Second Avenue office building, according to a written announcement released by the firm. It is set to relocate from PwC’s 1441 Brickell Avenue office in February 2015.

Taylor & Mathis partner Brian Gale represented landlord MetLife in the transaction. CBRE brokers Carter Hopkins and Gregg Middleton represented PwC.

“This is the second credit tenant moving from Brickell Avenue to Wells Fargo Center in downtown Miami in the last four months,” said Gale, referring to January’s lease with law firm GrayRobinson. — Eric Kalis
