Doral shopping center trades for $19.4M

A Doral retail center changed hands for $19.4 million, The Real Deal has learned.

Miami-based Shoppes at MICC Ltd. sold the 7780 Northwest 25th Street center on May 2, according to Miami-Dade County records. The county recorded the transaction on Tuesday. The company paid about $12.2 million for the 60,541-square-foot building in February 2005.

Amos Shoshan is the managing member of Shoppes at MICC

Shoppes at MICC Investments of Coral Gables is the buyer. The company received a $10 million loan from City National Bank of Florida for the acquisition. Claudio Mekkler is identified in loan documents as the authorized representative of the buying company.

The center was constructed on nearly five acres in 2002.
