An oceanfront home that once belonged to NASCAR legend and winner of multiple Winston Cups, Jeff Gordon, sold for $13.5 million.
Gordon built the home at 2445 South Ocean Boulevard in Highland Beach in 2000. And naturally, it included high-end amenities such as a 12-car subterranean garage, library, gym, spa and movie theater.
Gordon sold the mansion in 2003 for $13.3 million in cash, plus another $2 million in furnishings to Eyeglass World founder Marc Andrea Musa, according to the Palm Beach Post.
The 15,000-square-foot home has now traded again for $13.5 million. Jonathan Postma of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Boca Raton office, had the listing. [PBP] – Christopher Cameron
