The south tower penthouse at the St. Regis Bal Harbour sold for $22.75 million.

The 14,129-square-foot condo was unloaded by a Delaware corporation whose owner is Yuriy Kosyuk, a Ukrainian poultry and food products billionaire, according to the Miami Herald. The buyer is also a Delaware-based company.

The unit, which is number 2501 at 9701 Collins Avenue, comprises the full top floor and was originally envisioned as five separate units, according to listing agent Tim Elmes of Coldwell Banker.

“That’s a big number for Bal Harbour,’’ Jeff Miller, an agent with Zilbert International Realty, who sold the penthouse of the Setai for $27 million, told the Miami Herald. [Miami Herald]Christopher Cameron
