Levy Realty closes two Boca deals totaling $9.4M

Levy Realty Advisors principal, Alan Levy, has helped close on two Boca Raton commercial properties for a combined total of $9.4 million.

Levy represented POLO Commerce Center and POLO Commerce Center Associates in the purchase of a 55,750-square-foot, multi-tenant property, located at 1000 Clint Moore Road in Boca Raton. The property consists of twin buildings and sold for $5.37 million.

In a separate transaction, Levy represented the seller in the $4 million sale of Zenith Professional Center. The office building is located at 3010 North Military Trail in Boca Raton.

“Zenith was vacant, which made the sale and disposition of the property more difficult. The buyer was considering using a portion of the building for his own use, but is now considering a multitude of options,” Levy said in a statement. – Christopher Cameron
