Kirkland House condos do not go on the market very often, but a three-bedroom unit with ocean views at the Palm Beach building is being listed with an $8.3 million asking price.

Carol Manning, the owner of a 4,360-square-foot unit at the 101 Worth Avenue building, is looking to sell. Heidi Wicky of Linda A. Gary Real Estate has the listing. The apartment spans the entire south side of the six-story building, with glass doors and balconies that access most of the unit’s rooms.

Manning, the widow of New York businessman James Manning, paid about $4.3 million for the unit in 2004, according to the Palm Beach Daily News.

Located on the fourth floor, the condo is one of only 20 at Kirkland House. The most expensive deals in the building’s history were the $6.4 million sale of the unit next door to Manning’s in April 2012 and the $5.8 million sale of Unit 6A in May 2013. [Palm Beach Daily News]Eric Kalis
